Wine made from the noble variety from our best and most long-lived vines of poor land and low production, after cluster selection in vineyard and cellar tempranillo. Its malolactic fermentation takes place in new barrels of French and American oak where it belongs after 12 months to complete the process in the bottle a minimum of 6 months. After sharp and complex aromas (species, leather, coconut, vanilla ...).
·It is a very tannic wine, but endowed with a very mature and gentle tannins, perfectly balanced with a huge greasiness.
·All this combined with an aromatic complexity, makes a very special wine, the classic features of the great wines (high extract, high concentration of balsamic and mineral notes, ripe fruit and violet) are recognized.
